Cobblegate
The Cobblegate facility in Moraine opened in September 2004.
This facility features two large and eight smaller efficiency apartments along with a large common area inside and a picnic area outside. Cobblegate is home to 10 tenants.
Tangy Court
The Tangy Court facility in Harrison Twp. opened in February 2007.
This two-story split-level brick features one-bedroom apartments, a large parking lot and a good-sized yard with seasonal flowers cared for by a tenant. Tangy Court is home to eight tenants.
Belvo
The Belvo Road facility in Miamisburg opened in October 2009.
This facility consists of two adjacent buildings on a beautiful lot in a quiet neighborhood. Belvo is home to eight tenants, four per building. One unit is fully handicap accessible.
