PLACES operates four Residential Adult Care Facilities.

Randolph House  

The North Main Street facility in Harrison Twp. opened in March 1991.

This two-story brick home with a deck, wood floors and a round staircase with a leaded glass window sits on a wooded, 2-acre lot with a pond. It provides a lovely home for eight residents.

Trotwood  

The Trotwood facility opened in July 1991.

This large, U-shaped ranch-style home features a large front yard, mature trees, a patio and an outbuilding for recreation. It is home to eight residents.

Gascho Gardens  

The Gascho Gardens facility on Dayton’s east side opened in 1994.

This large two-story apartment building features landscaping, a Florida room and an area for family-style meals. This facility gives residents plenty of privacy while allowing them to interact with each other if they choose. This home houses 12 residents.

Marty's House  

The Huber Heights facility opened in December 1997.

This large ranch-style home with a back porch sits on 3 acres and features mature trees and a sizable wooded yard with a privacy fence in the back. It is home to eight residents.
